The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, ideal for those looking to work or volunteer as a first responder. Among the first to arrive at a scene, first responders typically include police officers, firefighters, emergency medical services and search and rescue personnel.

Certification
On successful completion, delegates receive the Level 3 Award in First Response Emergency Care.
Certificate Validity
3 years from the date of achievement.
Physical Requirements
Due to the practical nature of the assessment, learners must be able to get to the floor unaided and successfully demonstrate all required elements of the practical assessment independently, with the casualty on the floor. This includes demonstrating effective cardiopulmonary resuscitation on a manikin at floor level.
